The Edge Apartment

Expect total comfort with class in this cutting edge, architect designed apartment. This brand new 1 bed executive stay apartment is fully appointed to the highest standards.
The very modern and chic gourmet kitchen leads onto a delightful open plan living and dining area boasting white leather italian sofas and dining chairs. Here you'll find a plasma TV, DVD/CD player and high speed internet and WIFI access, with lovely views over the golf course from your private balcony.
There is a separate fully tiled bathroom complete with luxurious bathrobes, towels and toiletries. The adjacent separate laundry has a waching machine and dryer.
The main double bedroom has the option of a king size bed or 2 singles. Our orthopedic beds and luxurious Egyptian cotton linens ensure a good nights sleep.
There is a private outdoor entertaining area which directly overlooks Elwood golf course and the nearby park.
The Edge is secure and private with lift access and security underground parking, including bike racks.

The Edge Apartment is in a brand new architect designed building in a much sought after location between the fantastic suburbs of St. Kilda and Brighton.
The building has its own bistro and bar downstairs and is moments from the centre of Elwood village and public transport.
Golf, tennis, walks, beach, rest and relaxation.
Elwood public golf course is right on the doorstep as are bike trails, BBQ areas, scenic walks and the lovely leafy Elsternwick Park recreational area.
